Why we built WilderTrips
Hey! We’re Beth and Harry and we believe life isn't about sitting comfortably. It’s about making the most of the time we have by going out of our comfort zone and challenging ourselves to learn and grow.
At WilderTrips, we want to help people live a life full of excitement. We want to give people the tools they need to go on life-changing adventures.
But most of all, WilderTrips is about fun! You can plan everything to the nth-degree but sometimes something will still go wrong. The weather might be bad or your van might break down, but we don't let that get us down!
Why road trips?
For us, road trips are about escapism. Many of us lead busy lives with lots of responsibility. Driving on the open road and visiting beautiful destinations makes us forget the stress of life - or is it really what life is all about?
Road trips are about the thrill of having everything you'll ever need with you and being able to go anywhere. There are no limits, no rules... and no worries!
Road trips are a different kind of holiday, they're an adventure, and you have complete freedom to explore.
What we’re trying to achieve
What drives us (see what we did there) is spending quality time together, learning about the world, and making memories.
We want to give people a place to plan road trips, discover new ideas and keep plans to look back on in the future.
Our intention is for people to get as many exciting activities into their plan as possible so they don’t miss out when driving past awesome places they may never visit again.
